This experience could have been a real nightmare but Trevor Cooley made is an adventure that turned out really well. I live in Washington State, my son lives in Kodiak and my Grandson in Anchorage and Trevor had to keep each of us informed during the process of finding the right property or tracking down "for sale by owner" property and walking us through the whole process.
